IS BANDING NECESSARY FOR BAR GRATING?

Banding is not necessary for grating. Banding does help clean up the product and provides some strength to the pieces when welded to every bar, as known as Load Banded. For more information contact Indiana Gratings today.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE TYPE OF GRATING TO USE FOR A SPECIFIC APPLICATION?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MILL FINISH, PAINTED BLACK, AND GALVANIZED FINISH?

Mill finish is the plain finish directly from the mill. Painted black is a black paint that helps finish the product but does not prevent rusting. Galvanized finish is the best possible solution to prevent rusting. Click here to request more information.

WHAT IS ADA APPROVED GRATING??

Any ADA approved grating is a close mesh product that meets ADA standards. These products are primarily anything under 11 space. Click here to request more information.

WHAT IS THE MOST COMMON TYPE OF GRATING??
