7-SG-2 Swaged Aluminum Rectangular Bar Grating

7SG2 Light Duty Aluminum Swaged Bar Grating is used for pedestrian traffic only and is ADA approved. Panels are manufactured to 2’ and 3’ widths, while providing standard lengths up to 24’ long. 7SG2 Light Duty Grating is available in bearing bar sizes ranging from 1" to 2 1/2" depths and thickness of 3/16”. 7SG2 is spaced 7/16” c.c. for the bearing bars and 2” c.c. for the cross rods. Typical applications include: catwalks, platforms, pedestrian trenches, pedestrian sump pits, stair treads, water and sewage treatment facilities, waste water treatment plants, food processing, and marine envirnoments. Surface options are smooth or serrated. Aluminum comes in a mill finish. Note: 2” cross bar spacing is normally a non-stock item and increases price/lead time. This product also carries the same load capacity of a 4” cross bar spacing but does provide a tighter opening.
