19-ADT-4 Aluminum Dove Tail Grating

19ADT4 Light Duty Aluminum Dove Tail Bar Grating is a dovetail pressure locked type grating used for pedestrian traffic only, made per order. These products are assembled by pre-punching both the bearing bars and cross bars, aligning the bars in an egg-crate manner, and deforming the cross bar into the dovetail slot in the bearing bar under intense hydraulic pressure. Panels are manufactured to 2’ and 3’ widths, while providing standard lengths up to 24’ long. 19ADT4 Light Duty Aluminum Dove Tail Grating is available in bearing bar sizes ranging from 1" to 2 1/2" depths and thickness of 3/16” and 1/8”. 19ADT4 is spaced 1-3/16” c.c. for the bearing bars and 4” c.c. for the cross bars. Typical applications include: catwalks, platforms, pedestrian trenches, pedestrian sump pits, stair treads, water and sewage treatment facilities, waste water treatment plants, food processing, and marine envirnoments. Surface options are smooth or serrated. Aluminum comes in a mill finish.
